INITIAL CONSULTATION
With our extensive experience providing smart technology and integrated control systems we are able to provide thoughtful discussion and valuable insight about what products and solutions work best to achieve a desired result for you. We advise on what brands and technologies are reliable. Meet with the customer to discuss their requirements and preferences. Understand the scope of the project, including the number of rooms, desired audio/video sources, automation features, and budget. Get up to speed on the latest innovations and trends and have your questions answered. SITE SURVEY
Conduct a thorough site survey to assess the existing infrastructure, room layouts, and any potential challenges. Identify the optimal locations for audio/video equipment, speakers, control panels, and other devices. Assess the lighting needs, Audio needs, and delivery systems required to install new systems like wiring and network operation locations. Assess the existing communication systems and network systems in place and address wire and power delivery needs. Work with the client to assess their needs and discuss possibilities in light, audio, video, and smart systems available to them. Understand the customers wants and needs and provide experienced insight.
DESIGN PROPOSAL
Develop a comprehensive design proposal that outlines the recommended AV system, including equipment specifications, placement, and wiring diagrams. Provide a detailed cost estimate for the project, including equipment costs, installation labor, and any additional services. A smoother construction process is achieved when the technology system design is documented in advance of actual construction. All parties involved in building your space benefit with clearly defined drawings for device location, pre-wire, technical power, schematics, rack elevation, lighting control systems, motorized shades, equipment space planning, video sightlines, requirements for video niches, and more. We coordinate with your entire design team including architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants to reduce confusion and achieve a smooth and efficient project from start to finish.
CLIENT APPROVAL OF PROJECT
Present the design proposal to the client and address any questions or concerns they may have. Continue this process of putting down the project on paper until it meets the clients needs and budget. When the project is clearly documented and thought through, there are less variations from the original budget. This part of the process is important should the client want to stay on track and budget. Finally we obtain client approval and make any necessary adjustments to the design based on their feedback.
EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT
Here we order and procure all necessary audio/video equipment and smart home devices based on the approved design. The process of procurement of the equipment can be a challenge with availability in the past years. Currently the supply chain is restored to almost pre COVID days. But the process of getting all the parts is dependent on supply, in some cases parts have been delayed. The quality of the performance of your Audio / Video, security, CCTV, networking and communications is impacted by the quality of the wire installation. We assess your network operations center and provide upgrades in wire and equipment should it be needed.
INSTALLATION
Configure and test the AV equipment in a controlled environment before installation. Program smart home automation systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Install and mount speakers, displays, and other AV equipment in the designated locations. Run and conceal wiring to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Connect and integrate smart home devices for centralized control. Putting all the parts and pieces together for home automation systems and integrated systems needs to be executed with skill, precision, and some finesse. As much as we value our manufacturer partners, different products and brands have nuances that require special know-how and experience to optimize installation and access all the needed functionality. Our trained technicians receive ongoing education and stay up to date on the latest standards and best practices. PROGRAMMING
Integrate all components of the AV system and test for functionality. Ensure that all devices communicate effectively with the smart home automation system. Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues. CLIENT TRAINING
Provide training to the client on how to use and operate the AV system and smart home features. Provide documentation and support resources for future reference. We take our client through all the systems and help them get their mobile control devices integrated into controlling systems. We educate and give hands on training on using the new automated systems. We take this time to make custom changes and enhancements to the clients needs as they become more familiar with the new systems.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH & SIGN-OFF
Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure their satisfaction. Address any final adjustments or modifications. Obtain client sign-off on the completed project. This final process is to ensure the project has been completed to the customer satisfaction and finish billing and collection of the systems. We discuss post installation support needs and make sure our client is 100% satisficed and happy with the results.
DOCUMENTATION & HANDOVER
From experience we know documentation is the key to good project management. Provide the client with comprehensive documentation, including system diagrams, user manuals, and warranty information. Complete the handover process and ensure the client has all the necessary information to manage their AV system. Keep in mind that the specific steps may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the technology involved, and the preferences of the customer. Effective communication with the client throughout the process is crucial to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
POST INSTALLATION SUPPORT
We offer ongoing support and maintenance services. We provide contact information for troubleshooting and assistance, and we answer our calls for service quickly.
